What this site remembers.

Data this static page does not request

The page does not ask for an account, wallet recovery phrase, private key, password, identity document, payment card or location. The interactive network lab is calculated in the browser and does not read peers, wallet files or device identifiers.

Public node discovery directory

Nodes can submit their public HTTPS or Tor onion endpoint, testnet identity, timestamp and anti-spam proof. Accepted endpoints are publicly listed as unverified connection hints for up to 30 minutes after their submission timestamp; renewals extend publication. Do not submit private endpoints or secrets. Expired records stop appearing immediately and are removed from storage on a subsequent accepted registration request. Short-lived request-rate counters use a hash derived from the requester IP and minute; this is not a guarantee of anonymity. Hosting providers can still see request metadata. The directory does not receive wallet keys or payment contents and does not verify that a listed node is safe or reachable.

Local preferences

With your choice, the page may use browser local storage keys named moneta-privacy and moneta-preferences to remember the cookie choice, reading mode and motion preference on this device. These values are not sent to the project. You can clear them through your browser settings or use the footer control.

Cookies and analytics

The current static build does not load advertising pixels, analytics scripts or third-party cookie banners. See Cookies & local storage for the exact local behavior. If analytics, advertising, embedded media or telemetry is added later, this notice and consent flow must be updated before activation.

Hosting and external services

Normal web delivery may expose request metadata such as an IP address, timestamp, user agent and requested path to the hosting provider. The operator must confirm the provider, purpose, retention and transfer details in the final notice. Links to Discord, GitHub and technical references take you to independent services with their own privacy practices; review those policies before sharing information.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, privacy law may give you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or receive information about personal data. A final notice must state which rights apply, how to exercise them, identity-verification steps and the relevant regulator or complaint route. Until a verified privacy contact is published, use the Moneta Discord only for non-sensitive questions and do not post personal data.

Official guidance to review

Before launch, counsel should map the actual processing to the relevant jurisdiction. For example, the UK ICO transparency guidance and the EU GDPR business guidance describe information that may need to be provided; they are not a determination that any particular law applies here.
