Use Moneta only for lawful research, software development, testing, interoperability work and community discussion. You remain responsible for your devices, traffic and local requirements.
Never use the Materials to
- launder money, evade sanctions, export controls or law-enforcement requests, or facilitate fraud, theft, extortion, market manipulation or deceptive promotions;

- impersonate Moneta, claim a guaranteed return or official endorsement, misrepresent a testnet balance as money, or use the project’s marks to mislead others;
- infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights, or make the service unusable for other testers.
Enforcement
The operator may rate-limit, block, remove or report activity that appears abusive or unlawful, and may preserve information where legally required. No monitoring promise is made; you should not treat the testnet as a private channel.
